Crafted by Alloy Development, a visionary studio committed to the fusion of beauty, sustainability, and equality, this architectural marvel is poised to redefine urban living.

Gone are the days of traditional gas-powered structures. At 505 State Street, every function hums with the energy of electricity, setting a new standard for environmental responsibility in construction. Through meticulous design and strategic equipment selection, Alloy has seamlessly integrated electric power into every facet of the building's operation. As Jared Della Valle, CEO of Alloy Development, succinctly puts it, "Efficiency is key. By minimizing our reliance on air conditioning and heating, we optimize energy consumption, paving the way for a greener future."

This monumental skyscraper not only symbolizes a shift towards sustainability but also serves as a beacon of inspiration for future developments in the city. With regulations mandating electric heating and appliances by 2026, 505 State Street emerges as a trailblazer, leading the charge towards a cleaner, greener New York.

Set to unveil its 44-story magnificence this April, 505 State Street offers over 400 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences. While luxury comes at a price, with studio apartments starting at $3,500 a month and three-bedroom units at $11,200, the building remains committed to inclusivity. Forty-five units have been designated for affordable housing, attracting over 107,000 applicants in a testament to the city's pressing need for accessible accommodation.

What sets 505 State Street apart is its commitment to equality in design. Regardless of rental tier, every resident enjoys the same exquisite finishes and access to top-tier amenities. From the rooftop pool to the innovative "grow room," the building seamlessly blends luxury with sustainability.

Rebecca Robertson of RR Interiors has curated a vision of urban living within the skyscraper's walls. Drawing inspiration from vintage treasures and budget-friendly retailers, the model units exude warmth and authenticity. As Robertson aptly describes, "Living in an all-electric building sets the tone for a lifestyle defined by conscious choices and thoughtful living."

As the first of its kind in New York City, 505 State Street not only reshapes the skyline but also redefines the essence of urban living. With its commitment to sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation, it stands as a testament to the power of architectural vision in

shaping a brighter future for generations to come.
